Table-Top Exhibit Display Systems

Popup displays, fabric panel displays, and folding frame displays are the three basic kinds of display systems, and they all have tabletop versions. Most are well engineered with their own appealing amenities with just the right touch for smaller trade show and conventions displays, or last minute presentations.

We offer these tabletop display systems because they have solid constructions of reliable materials.

Our popup tabletop systems are all able to be added upon to form larger displays, but the folding frame tabletop system, LiteFold, and the fabric-covered panel tabletop system, Palladian, are not expandable.

Some folding frame and fabric-covered panel display systems are available as both table-tops display systems and freestanding display walls with the same construction, the same materials, and the same engineering. Few customers have been interested in this option. Please call for more information if you are.

Folding (Multiple) Frame Tabletops

The folding multiple frame tabletop display system has many options: each frame can hold Velcro™-compatible fabric in any color, a poster, a portion of a mural. Some systems have slatted/grid display racks for product display.

Generally there are double-action hinges between the frames enabling you to configure the display unit any way you choose. Some multiple frame tabletop systems can be added upon to form a variety of sizes for exhibit booth configurations, or to form towers, kiosks and islands for a larger space.

The visible frames give an appealing "picture window" effect when portions of a mural are used. A mural in the tabletop frames works well.

There is no need to apply display graphics at the trade show. The graphics panels either slide into the frames the way a picture slides into a metal picture frame, or attach simply with Velcro™ onto the fabric surface, depending on the system. This can be done in your office or a graphics studio, so the exhibit display system travels with the graphics in place. All you do at the trade show is unfold the wall (and attach lights).

Fabric-Covered Panel Tabletops

These fabric-covered panels connect in a way that shows no framework. You see only the fabric. The flat surface panels are covered, both front and back, with Velcro™-compatible fabric. Some tabletop systems are available in limited colors, some in a variety of colors, and some of these systems have only one color choice combination (as the one shown here)

Whatever the color choice, without any framework showing, there is a smooth, sleek appeal. The fabric panel tabletop design is the most useful exhibit display system when you do not depend on murals or ultra-large graphics to get your point across. This type of exhibit system is appealing to companies that display their products as the focal point and/or want an office-like environment in their exhibit.

Display graphics like posters and banners are easily attached with Velcro™.

Set-up is as easy removing the display from the bag and unfolding it. Some tabletop fabric-covered systems can be added upon to form larger exhibit booth configurations. Ask about this option.

Pop Up Curve Tabletop Displays

The pop-up curve exhibit display system is one of the easiest ways to provide a large, smooth surface for hanging a mural or displaying graphics. The tabletop version is no different. The expanding aluminum frame upon which you hang Velcro™-compatible fabric panels to create a smooth surface (in your choice of a variety of colors), also lets you hang the graphic panels of a mural.

Display graphics like posters and banners are easily attached with Velcro™to the fabric surface. Unmounted display graphics conveniently roll up and travel in a tube.

A display mural can be made as graphics panels that attach with Velcro™, or as graphics panels that actually replace the fabric panels. A dynamic mural can be up to as wide as your tabletop is wide, curving or not around the ends.

The smallest tabletop pop-up display system can be added upon to form larger tabletops or exhibit booth configurations, or to configure towers and island displays.

Shipping cases generally come with a popup tabletop system, but they are not able to convert to a podium like the larger pop up systems shipping cases. Cases for the popup exhibit display systems can be shipped UPS/FedEx.
