Why rent a trade show booth?
Tradeshow display rental can be convenient and economical.
  • Before purchasing, consider renting different types of exhibit systems to compare the features. Choose the exhibit display system you like the best.
  • Maybe you believe you already know which exhibit display is right for you. Rent it first, and try it out. Then take advantage of our Rent to Own.
  • If you have plans for just one or two shows for the year, consider renting a display system. The costs are lower. The renter takes care of getting it there on time. And you don't worry about storing the system!
  • When, at the same time, you have more than one tradeshow to attend, consider a renting a display before buying a second one.
  • A rental is ready to go when you find yourself needing a display for the next week. You may have to compromise on the fabric color, but most displays and accessories are available for rent. In a hurry?
Why not rent a tradeshow booth?
Trade show display rental can be economical and convenient. But renting an exhibit system can also be costly if you have several shows for the year. The rental fee will add up to more than the purchase price. Not all graphics fit the same way on different display systems, and that could be inconvenient, as well as costly, if you try different kinds of systems when renting. Renting an exhibit has its advantages, and has become quite popular. But its not the solution for everyone.

Shipping the Exhibit Rentals

Outbound Shipping (shipping from us to you/event):
  • Outbound shipping is arranged by us - per show requirements provided by customer
  • Cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping is by ground service.
  • Other arrangements may be made by the customer, per our approval.
  • All exhibit rental systems are shipped in their own ship-able cases.

Return Shipping (shipping from you/event to us):
  • Return shipping arrangement and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rented item(s) may be returned in person or shipped by ground using the carrier of customer's choice.
  • All shipped item(s) must be insured for their total replacement value.
RUSH SHIPPING

Whatever your reason(s), you need a display, and you need it ASAP...maybe even tomorrow.
As long as the rental unit you want is in our inventory (and you call early enough in the day), we can priority overnight ship the unit to you for an extra $50 fee plus the expedited shipping costs.The rental process only takes a few minutes.
