Replacement Value

- Rental term covers dates of event, additional days for arrival at the event location and set up, and ample time for outbound and return shipping by ground. An additional consecutive event would be a second term.
-- Full payment is due on or before pickup/outbound ship date. Reservations: firm with receipt of full payment. Cancellation up to two weeks prior: full refund. Cancellation up to 3 days prior: 50% refund. Full value of items must be secured by credit card.
-- Customer agrees to pay for outbound and return shipping, and to accept responsibility for returning rental equipment. Items can be returned in person or shipped using the carrier of the customer's choice. All shipped items must be insured for their replacement value (as stated above).
-- Customer agrees to accept responsibility for returning items in good condition. The customer agrees to notify Ocean Color when the items are shipped back, so we know when to expect it. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of repair will be charged, with prior notice, to customer credit card. Loss of items will be treated as a sale. Customer agrees to pay replacement value of rental equipment when items are not returned within a time frame that allows for normal shipping times and delays. Customer credit card will be charged, with prior notice, unless alternate method of payment is agreed to. CAUTION: Improper packing can result in damage. Mistakes made in return shipping can result in loss of rental units. Instructions for return packing and shipping are included in the information kit that ships with each rental unit. Please read the repacking and return instructions.
-- Customer can apply the full rental fee (not including shipping) to the purchase of new exhibit equipment of equal or greater value up to 45 days following the ship date ot the rented items. 50% ot the rental fee can be applied to a purchase within 1 year of the ship date.
