We typically ship Ground via UPS / Federal Express.
Exhibit Display Systems

Customer pays for shipping and handling at cost.
  • Display systems are shipped from from our own inventory, or from the manufacturer directly to the customer.
Expedited Delivery Exhibit Display Systems

Customer pays for shipping and handling at cost.
  • Sometimes our customers can't wait for ground shipping and request express shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas orders

Customer pays for shipping and handling at cost.
  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional costs. Same with overseas orders.
Display Graphics

Customer pays for shipping and handling at cost.
  • The customer will be informed of any additional fees for special packaging (i.e. wooden crate) in advance.
Display Accessories and Fabric

Customer pays for shipping and handling at cost.
  • The customer will be informed of any additional fees for special packaging (i.e. wooden crate) in advance.
Exhibit Rental Systems

Outbound Shipping (shipping from us to you/event):
  • Outbound shipping is arranged by us and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping is by ground service, unless customer requires expedited service.**
  • Other arrangements may be made by the customer, per our approval.
  • All exhibit rental systems are shipped in their own ship-able cases.
Return Shipping (shipping from you/event to us):
  • Return shipping arrangement and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rentals may be returned in person or shipped by ground using the carrier of customer's choice.
  • All shipped item(s) must be insured for their total replacement value.
**When our rental customers can't wait for ground shipping, we offer the expedited shipping options and ship per the customer choice. Cost is the responsibility of the customer.
